Cancellation Policy
OFFICE CLOSES AT 16.00HRS. CHECK IN UNTIL 20:00HRS. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF LATE ARRIVAL AND WE WILL MAKE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS.
We have adopted the cancellation policy of the Guest House Association of SA. Room reservations are confirmed on payment of the deposit by due date as requested above Administration fees of 10% of the total accommodation cost will be retained on cancellation.
Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to date in. For non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation cost becomes payable.
Cancellation within: 7 days 100%, within 14 days 75%, within 21 days 50% of the total fee is payable.
