Cancellation Policy
Deposit % from online guest 60% only for long stay, If a guest id only staying for 1night full amount is must be paid before or on depature day.
Canellation Policy: Less than 7days prior arrival date-Forfeit 100% deposit and full payment qoute due from 7 days to 14 days prior arrival date-forfeit 75% deposit or 25% of full payment/qoute whichever greater. From 14 days to 21 days prior arrival date-forfeit 50% od deposit 0r 25% of full or whichever is greater. Beyond 21 days prior arrival date-Forfeit 25% deposit admin fees will be charged.
